By creating pieces that can be repurposed into keepsakes, we’re able to cut down on wedding waste. In addition, a selection of rental items for things like table numbers, card boxes, mirrors, and frames will be available to you, saving you space and money, and further reducing waste.

SIMPLE BOOKING
I know you’re busy with all aspects of wedding planning, so I’m going to make things super easy for you. Your proposal, contract and invoice will all be in one, easy to navigate file, complete with credit card payments and electronic signatures to make booking a breeze.
TEMPLATES AND TIMELINES
Rather than emailing sign copy back and forth, I’ll send over an easy-to-use template where you can input your custom copy for every item on your proposal. It’ll come with a video walkthrough, just in case you’re unfamiliar with Google Drive, as well as plenty of sample wording to help get you started.
I’ll also create a timeline that ensures all of your details will be done with time to spare before the big day, that way there’s no rushing around at the last minute.

After 7+ years of working on weddings, I’ve learned what works well and what doesn’t depending on the location, venue, and vibe. I’m here to help you hone in on your vision and offer guidance on what materials, styles, etc. will work best for your day.
I’ll also offer suggestions on wording when needed and answer any etiquette questions you may have.
It was stressful to be a “covid” bride — even more so to be a destination one! —and Alane handled every stitch of our creative (save the dates, RE-save the dates, invites, day-of signage, and SO much more) with grace, warmth, and professionalism. I only need one sign for my wedding. Can you help?

It’s never too early to start thinking about how you might like to incorporate calligraphy details into your wedding! If you’re looking to work together on both invitations and day-of details, please reach out 9-10 months in advance of your wedding date. If you’re looking for day-of details only, the creative process works best when we discuss these anywhere from 6-9 months out from your wedding. At that time, you most likely have your venue, photographer, and florist booked and have a good feel for what the overall vibe is and we can have a more productive consult call!
When should I reach out?
I no longer offer one-off signs, as I prefer to work with couples on a suite of cohesive details. Over the years, I've discovered that even when my couples start with just a seating chart or just a welcome sign, they end up adding more items as we go, realizing that there are multiple details needed to elevate their wedding and give their guests an unforgetting experience! By offering full wedding packages rather than just one or two details, I'm not only saving us a few extra steps in the process, but it also allows for more creative fulfillment, allows me to deliver a higher quality of work, and gives my couples a high-level, personalized experience when working together.
I ONLY NEED ONE SIGN FOR MY WEDDING. CAN YOU HELP?
As part of our agreement to work together, I ask that I’m the only calligraphy (signage and stationery) vendor at your wedding (this includes using shops from Etsy, Minted, Zazzle, etc. for wedding details). This keeps the design of your day consistent and creates a much more elevated experience for your guests. If budget is a concern, please let me know, as I’m happy to work with my couples to ensure that they’re receiving all the details needed!
